Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Each burpies is hand-painted. Therefore, please allow 5 to 10 business days for receipt of your order. However, if you need to
receive your order sooner, please e-mail us at help@burpies.com and we will do our best to get
it to you sooner!
Q: Are overnight and second day shipping options available?
A: Yes. When you check out, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping. As soon as the cloths are dry, we will ship them
according to your chosen method.
Q: How do I clean my Burpies™?
A: We recommend machine washing in cold water; tumble dry.
Q: What are the Burpies™ made of?
A: Burpies™ are made out of soft, absorbent 100% cotton, measuring a generous 15 in. x 20 in.
Q: Can you do special orders or designs that are not pictured?
A: No. Right now, we don't accept special orders or designs that are not pictured. However, if there
is a design you would like created, please let us know via e-mail to help@burpies.com
and we will incorporate it into our next design creation.
Q: Is the paint non-toxic?
A: Yes, all materials used to make Burpies™ are non-toxic.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Each Burpies™ cloth is wrapped in a colorful ribbon and sealed in a plastic bag. We
also offer customized gift bags with Baby's name on it. Just add that to your shopping cart and
we will place the ribbon wrapped Burpies™ in the bag for shipping.
